Egg Roll In A Bowl

Serves 4

1 lb ground chicken 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 16 oz bag coleslaw 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon garlic 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoon canola oil

In a sauce pot heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil on medium-high heat, and start browning 1 pound of ground chicken. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Cook until juice have evaporated.


Mix 16 oz bag of coleslaw with ground chicken. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover pot and let cook down for 10 minutes. Serve and add additional soy sauce to taste.
